check in was easy, and the staff were friendly. the room had a comfortable bed. breakfast was also really good with a great selection of food. i had free flavored water in reception, a big bonus.
the air conditioning did not work well in my room. i COULDN'T change the temperature to make it cooler. it was a little too warm for my comfort.

the staff were patient. they also showed genuine care. they listened to my concerns about allergies and autism and handled everything with kindness. the professionalism was appreciated.

the room was huge, very clean, and easily accessible by bus routes 100 and 31. i found the proximity to the airport and train station very convenient. nearby, there's a shell station just a two-minute walk away offering coffee and coop food. a b&m store is only five minutes away for groceries.
The swimming pool felt a little cold. It might not be ideal for young children.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, providing easy access to the city center. This made exploring simple and efficient. the hotel also sits between the airport and the train station, a definite advantage. i noticed this made commuting easy.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i organized a large conference here and the team accommodated all changes immediately. This was very valuable for me. louis was constantly around to support us. He was AMAZING!!!

the breakfast had good choices. it was tasty and the staff was friendly. the location is convenient to the airport. there were also water fonts available.
the air conditioning did not work and extractors in the bathroom were not existent. the window in my bedroom would not open at all. the room was stifling with no air.
