“Here's my take: this four-star option strikes me as a mixed bag, especially for the price. While proximity to attractions like the Edinburgh Zoo is a plus, reports of dated rooms and cleanliness issues raise concerns. The indoor pool and dining options are appealing, but potential noise issues might affect the quality of your stay.”

was superb!
huge room clean space easy access nearby amenities
the room was huge, very clean, and easily accessible by bus routes 100 and 31. i found the proximity to the airport and train station very convenient. nearby, there's a shell station just a two-minute walk away offering coffee and coop food. a b&m store is only five minutes away for groceries.
The swimming pool felt a little cold. It might not be ideal for young children.
Location
9/10
The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, providing easy access to the city center. This made exploring simple and efficient. the hotel also sits between the airport and the train station, a definite advantage. i noticed this made commuting easy.
Service
10/10
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i organized a large conference here and the team accommodated all changes immediately. This was very valuable for me. louis was constantly around to support us. He was AMAZING!!!
